This Education Program contains all the training and education activities that LFHC Nurses can go into, and should go into for their promotion through the promotion scheme in the Nursing Department.

Each training activity will be scheduled depending on what current level or position the nurse is into, and his/her target training to climb up to the next promotion scheme. 

The training progress of each nurse will be tracked in here, and will be used to inform the Human Resource Department for the nurse's promotion, as necessary and appropriate.
